Hospice care and 2-person transfer now available on a case-by-case basis!

Applewood has championed care and quality of life in senior living for more than 20 years. We hold ourselves to a high standard of service, working with each family to fulfill their needs and expectations when caring for their loved one.

An individualized care program is created for each resident by a compassionate team of talented individuals. Each program encompasses medication management, daily living needs, meal management, social and recreational activities and more.  Our nursing staff is at each residence from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, and on-call 24 hours a day.  Our management staff consists of LPNs and are on-site from 9:00 am – 11:00 pm.

Our round-the-clock team assures each suite and the entire residence is clean and well-maintained.  Each Applewood Community has the special touches of home while making safety and security a priority. Home-cooked meals and a vibrant activity program are both important parts of life at each of our Applewood Communities.

Applewood also uses state-of-the art technology, including nurse-call systems and electronic med and cares charting.
