Applewood of Brookfield

Applewood of Brookfield, a CBRF located in Brookfield, WI, was opened in July of 2013.  This beautiful location was specially designed into two neighborhoods of 24 private suites each.  Each suite has a bedroom area, full bath, living room area, along with a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and refrigerator.   Beds and dressers are provided.  The common areas include spacious living room areas, activity areas, a movie room, and an open-concept kitchen.  We strive to make Applewood of Brookfield as home-like as possible with all the amenities our residents are used to.  Please check out the photo gallery and drop by or schedule a tour so you can come meet our incredible staff and experience the home-like environment!

Applewood of New Berlin

Applewood of New Berlin, located in New Berlin, WI opened in 1996 as a 20-bed residential community (CBRF).  We expanded in 1998 and Applewood of New Berlin became two neighborhoods of 20 private suites each.   Each suite has a bedroom area, bath, and a living room area.  There are multiple room layouts, with of the suites having a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator.  There are multiple common areas include spacious living room areas, activity areas, a movie room, and kitchens in each neighborhood.  We recently re-modeled both neighborhoods to update the kitchens and decor while keeping it as home-like as possible with all the amenities our residents are used to.  Please drop by or schedule a tour so you can come meet our wonderful staff and see what we have to offer!
